Can you find us (Pete, Kim, and Chauncey) in this photo of the reception ceremony at the dZi Foundation earthquake-safe Himalaya Primary school? The ground is broken and all of the concrete, steel, and rocks for the project have been carried up the steep mountainside by community members, each contributing at least 5 days of hard work, if not more, all for the sake of education. We’ve donated over $30,000 to this project (thanks to YOUR Mexicali Blues purchases!) and are SO happy to see it all coming together!
